1. Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. If the order has not entered production, we will process a full refund.
2. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation:
– Email us at support@printz365.com within 2 hours of placing the order
– Include your order number and reason for cancellation
3. Orders in Production
Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the customized nature of our products. You will be notified once your order enters production.
4. Refunds on Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Right to Decline Cancellations
PrintZ365 reserves the right to deny cancellation requests that fall outside the permitted window or if production has already begun.
